He quickly identified the cause of my issue (my latop being the culprit) fixed the issue and advised me on how to avoid future issues. We have used the KC7 Boarding Program for many years. I use it just for the grooming aspect    KC is super user friendly and amazing customer service.  They are always adding new features too.
